ISO 22000 is a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) that can be applied to any organization in the food industry. It is one of the highest certifications given to a catering company and we have successfully implemented the stringent regulations required for this certification.
ISO 22000 integrates the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system with FSMS. It means that right from the time the ingredients are procured from the vendor to the service of the final cooked product; certain standards are defined and followed to make sure that the final product is safe for consumption.
